Diane Del Signore
Diane is the founder and a principal of Snap Pea Partners. She has over twenty years of management, leadership, and business development experience. Prior to forming Snap Pea Partners, Diane was in the technology industry, including working at Hewlett-Packard, where she was responsible for leading a worldwide team of sales, marketing and technical personnel dedicated to working with emerging and leading software partners.

Diane is currently on the board of Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF), California's key nonprofit guiding sustainable agriculture. She has been actively engaged with boards of directors for community organizations, for her entire professional career, including Redwood Day School, East Bay Agency for Children, Miramonte Mental Health, Opera Picola, Battery Dance Company, and Mid-Peninsula YWCA.

Diane has a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Diane is passionate about food and agriculture and raises chickens and goats, in addition to cultivating a variety of fruit trees. She shares her passion for local and seasonal food by leading cooking classes for pre-teens at the local 4-H club.
